- Do you offer order collection?
Yes, you can collect your order directly from our workshop in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire once it has been completed.
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and we’ll notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.
- Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time via the courier’s website or app.
A signature is normally required on delivery, although your parcel may be left safely with a neighbour if you’re not available.
If you selected Express Delivery and no one is home, the courier will leave a card and your parcel will be held securely at your local Post Office or delivery depot for collection.
- Can you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide international delivery at this time due to changes in shipping rules after Brexit. All orders are currently produced and shipped within the UK.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard production time is 3–5 working days from payment. Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched promptly.
Express Delivery is available on orders under £50 for £5.99, offering dispatch within 24 hours of production completion.
Please note that delivery times may be extended for non-mainland UK locations and during peak periods such as Christmas.
- How much does delivery cost?
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £||free_delivery_amount||. For orders below this value, our Express Delivery service is available for £5.99.
- Which courier service do you use for delivery?
All orders are shipped using Yodel, our UK courier partner, selected for their reliable nationwide delivery service.
Warranty & Returns
- Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only for non-personalised items. Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at support@seatcovers-uk.com and we’ll try to catch your order before it goes into production.
If manufacturing has already started, a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, bespoke or personalised products cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
- Is it possible to return my order if it doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable?
We take pride in the quality of our products, however if your order is not suitable, returns may be accepted in line with our terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@seatcovers-uk.com to start the returns process.
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs will be your responsibility.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact details
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will refund the product price and original delivery charge, less a 25% handling fee.
Please note:
- Customised, embroidered, or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges where incorrect vehicle details were provided at the time of ordering
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition
